As a VERY small organization on a very tight budget, I’m used to being brushed aside by vendors and used to receiving very poor customer service. I sometimes just give up on a project when it’s clear that the efforts to get anywhere are too daunting.
When I first went looking for this product over a year ago, I was not welcomed by the several vendors I investigated. Until I ran across Deluxe.com. Not only were your prices competitive and your website very easy to use, your customer service has been fantastic. The fact that you treated my inquiry seriously was the MAIN factor in my choosing you last year.
Your supplier being out of stock is disappointing, but that is substantially mitigated by the great effort your staff has put into trying to make it work out better. I know it takes valuable time and effort to sustain this level of service, but I want to let you know that it has paid off with me in terms of continued customer loyalty.

The conference brings students from around the world and across the country, all who have made a commitment to address a global issue including poverty alleviation, education, climate, human rights, and public health. Deluxe has been able to provide exactly what we wanted. They've catered to our needs and built a custom website for us instead of providing a cookie-cutter eCommerce site. In regards to cost savings, in a year we probably saved $200,000 by utilizing Deluxe's services.
The vendor we had used prior to Deluxe supplied an inferior website, made us pre-purchase of all the items, offered a limited item selection, and charged us storage fees and fulfillment fees, in addition to the setup and maintenance costs for a poor website. Making the switch to Deluxe was a no-brainer.
