I just wanted to say thank you, and let you know what an awesome staff you have! We ordered our prom souvenirs from Deluxe again this year because of the amazing service and quality products we received last year. We were so excited when we received our drawstring bags and water bottles because they turned out so much better than we expected. The ink used was metallic gold, not just a dark yellow, and the quality of the products was, once again, awesome! We also placed a t-shirt order at the last minute, and Jennifer and your other staff worked hard to get things just right. Where most other companies would have printed them like we "approved," Jen called me a couple of times to let me know that what we had wanted just wasn't working when they actually went to print. They tried their best to give us exactly what we wanted, but when that didn't work, they took the time to contact me and help make changes to get it just right, and they went the extra mile and shipped them overnight so that we would have them in time for prom. That kind of customer service is almost unheard, and we can't thank you enough!! Not only have your prices been the lowest and quality the best, but your customer service has surpassed everyone we have worked with in the past! You definitely have a customer for life!! Thank you!

I just wanted to express my thanks and gratitude to Deluxe. My team's lack of planning landed on my shoulders to pick up for a staff appreciation event. I had a week to get tumblers of some kind in my hands. I looked at many sites/companies, the prices charges for products and rush production and delivery were astronomical. Then, I found Deluxe and contacted customer services via live chat, sure that it was too good to be true. Alas, Derek assured me that if I approved my proof in 24 hours, the tumblers could be rush produced and shipped to us at no extra charge. I was nervous! They didn't ship until Monday- but customer service assuaged my nerves. Sure enough, though I placed a custom order around 8:15p on Wednesday, I had the cups in hand here in Maine at 9:43am the following Wednesday. The quality was great- not a single cup had a poor imprint in 120. We were thoroughly impressed, and our event went off without a hitch- they all loved the cups. It's not often the a company goes the extra mile to help out customers without taking advantage (literally every other company I looked at quoted $800 plus, I paid $285 through you) and I wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you on behalf of our organization.
