This company, so far has stood out from all others. I recently tried to purchase the same type of product from another web site, and customer service was not in their company mission statement. It took three days for someone to contact me back and another three days for them to send a quote. This company on the other hand I spoke to a customer representative at exactly 3:50pm, sent an email at 3:55pm and received a quote at 4:00pm. By the next day I had an account set up, art work that needed to be approved and a ship time of 5 days. Customer service is not lacking at this company, and I feel like they want my business.
