i expected a good product, and at least from the image it shows a nice sturdy piece of metal, and you can't go wrong with engraving. the key chain exceeded my expectations and love it! there is true weight to it, it has an awesome design so it isn't too plan or boring and granted you pay for the batch, when you resale with that profit margin you can't go wrong! love the people at this company and the stuff they have to offer
