We ordered these pens for my boss, a Financial Advisor, to give to his new clients as a "thank-you" for choosing to work with him. From the moment that I came in contact with customer service to order the product, through the process of payment and shipping, everyone at customer service was terrific! Delivery of the product was right on time, and my boss couldn't be happier. Thank you for providing such an easy ordering process!
