I loved everything about this product. It looks classy and beautiful - a real stand-out from the usual promotional pens. The only improvement I can suggest is to have your tech staff help the customer choose an ink color that will be closer to the color desired when applied to a clear (non-opaque) surface. A small detail I can address when we place our next order! This company rocks!
