My experience with this company was, without exception, one of the most streamlined and pleasant experiences I've ever had in dealing with a company. From the first call to the finished product, delivered earlier than expected, this company met and exceeded all of my expectations. They have top notch customer service, affordable high quality products and an easy online system. I will most definitely use this company again.

Exceeded expectations!! The notebook quality was better than expected and the logo imprint turned out beautiful! Also they arrived several days ahead of schedule!! My only disappointment was that the pens came separately and had to be inserted into the notebooks one at a time- not a huge issue though. Was very happy with the service and the product.

This is our second time purchasing these books. I felt the quality was a little less than they were last year. The ink was smeared on two of the books. The elastic tabs where you put the pens in are sometimes a little "tight" and hard to get the pen into. My experience with the account rep is always great. He's very nice. I also appreciate the quick turnaround. Overall I'd purchase again.

Note that the description clearly indicates that the pen is not delivered "installed" in the notebook; you have to do this yourself. I thought this would be a trivial task, but it is not. The elastic pen strap has never been stretched, and it takes quite a bit of dexterity and time to get EACH PEN into the strap of each notebook. Next time: bigger notebook with better pen pre-installed!

I was pleased with the notebook she but my order was short 12 pens and gave me a few extra notebooks. I will be more satisfied if my order was sent correctly but the quality seemed fine

We were looking for a gift to give out on behalf of our organization and this seemed perfect. I loved that we were able to get our logo printed free of charge on the cover and even choose the image and notebook color. The order and image upload processes were simple. The only thing I wish was different about this product is the thickness of the cover. It was a little thinner than expected, however, I'm still pleased overall.
