Bought these for a Xmas gift for our BOG. We engraved them with their individual names and our logo. They came out very nicely. However, they were a bit "dirty" looking. As if a lot of dust had settled on them. We couldn't just wipe it off with hand and had to use a wet cloth to get it to come lean. The quality wasn't bad, but wasn't as great as we hoped for. Being that we're at a country club, we hoped for outstanding color, texture and quality. Still give it a 4 out of 5. Customer service was great and no mistakes were made. Rushed ordered them and they got here with time to spare.
