We were very impressed with the quality of the laser engraving considering our order was a rush shipment. ( We did, of course, pay for the rush however often that results in a lower quality product even with high-dollar rush charges.) That was not the case this time. This is a very nice, basic quality keychain. Overall everyone was pleased. The only drawbacks were the metal seems to "nick" and "ding" very easy. This may have come from no bubble or foam protection inside the box during transit. That part was a little disappointing but again, overall, happy with the purchase and service.
