I would do 4.5 stars!! The team at this company was great and the tote bags arrived on time and looking absolutely beautiful! I even changed products on them in the midst of proofing and they worked with me to make sure I got the end product I was hoping for. The silkscreen print came out just perfectly, I am so so happy with the end product. The only reason I am not doing 5 stars is because a comment of mine must have been lost in the midst of changing products I asked to not have a color match which is $30 extra, but they left it on my bill, and since I was changing things around I didn't want to delay my tote bags any further. Other than that, I would order from this company again, no question.
