My scratch pads arrived in a timely matter. They look great! Will definitely order more! Looking forward to finding other products to promote my business. The customer service is the best! You don't get service like this anymore, (like the good old days) I had a lot of questions and they were all answered professionally and the sales rep made me feel like I was the only customer he was working with. Thank you for being such a great company to deal with.

Paper is a little thinner than expected but overall satisfied. Note there seems to be a white border necessary for this so keep that in mind for your images.

I liked that the pad was a good size for people to write messages on and the logo was spot on. They were able to work with a jpg format so that was extremely helpful! Prompt shipping and worked with in our delivery deadline! Excellent!

The product met our expectations. I uploaded an image of our company logo and left it up to the design team at this company to design the notepads for us. They were very easy to communicate with, sent us our proofs right away, and shipping was fast! I will definitely order from here again.

We decided to make up prescription pads for doctors to give to their cancer patients who were newly diagnosed. It refers them to come use the Cancer Community Center's free services, for better physical & mental health. The design was put together and sent out to this company. They turned this product around timely and they look great!

Our company made our first order from this company Promotional Products with this item due to the low price and the availability of the free rush order option. We were in quite a hurry. I was actually very surprised at how smoothly the process went. I uploaded the artwork that we wanted for our scratch pad, and got a digital proof sent to me very promptly. I needed to make a couple of adjustments to get it exactly the way we wanted it, but I got great customer support from the company staff, both over the phone and through e-mail, and after a little bit of back-and-forth communication, we were ready to have the product printed and sent to us. And the product even reached us two days before the estimated rush delivery date!

As for the product itself, our company has no complaints. I'd have to say the scratch pads even turned out better than I had expected. The colors and the print quality are pretty much perfect, and the paper quality is probably about the best you can get for a giveaway scratch pad. I would definitely order more of these scratch pads from this company if the need arises.

You get what you pay for with this item. The colors were muted, print not exactly crisp and the amount of pages and type of paper makes it look rather cheap. We'll be ordering a different pad next time.

Quality was fine, though some of the pads arrived damaged due to packing. I wish it were more like 50 sheets to a pad. As they are, they feel a little skimpy.

I guess I was expecting this to be of better quality than it is. For scratch paper it's ok, but not the best promo item I've ever picked out. If you're looking for some basic, simple scratch pads than this would work. But for a promotional item to hand out - it sort of misses the mark in quality.

Print quality so poor, Looks nothing like the online sample. I picked the Royal blue color. Looks dirty grey on the product. 25 sheets per page are way too few. I would not order again.
