These pens are excellent pens. They write beautifully and are not cheap looking nor are they cheaply made. Our customers love these pens. We are so pleased with the outcome of all of our products with this company as well as this product. Their team of employees are excellent and did a great job helping us.

It should be noted that each pen is individually wrapped in plastic! Better yet, the pens should not be individually wrapped. It's inconvenient for the customer, who now has hundreds or thousands of pens to unwrap, and it's horrible for the environment.

Otherwise, the pen is nice, order came as requested. I just can't believe they are all wrapped!
