I ordered these on behalf of a client of mine. She's very happy with them, but hasn't used them so far (they just arrived). In reading reviews, I see the print wears off easily. I'm hoping this doesn't happen. Deluxe was super helpful through the designing process and contacted me to change the imprint color on one of the colors we ordered when they thought the white I had asked for wouldn't show up well. Customer service was great.

This was a great product. Was delivered fast. Communication was great. Gave it 4 stars because a few of them had some of the printing missing. Like gaps in the logo. But only a few. I was happy overall.

Good quality. These are nice firm stress balls. Out of 150 balls only 5-6 had defects (crack/cut in foam) Some balls had stray marks from ink rubbing off one and onto another. The ink looked black so it was probably from when they stamped “made in China” on the ball. Ordered white balls with blue and magenta writing so any little blemish is pretty visible. Overall though we are happy with them!

The stress ball was everything we hoped it would be...however I became so frazzled at trying to order the thing I nearly pulled my hair out. It took all day long to get the right pic to work and fit like we wanted. Thank you for you patience with my ineptness.

Awesome product branding! It was exactly like the picture showed! I only hoped they would have been a bit softer, so they would be easier to squeeze/ Besides that, great product.

The product turned out alright. The design looks great, however the ball is so stiff and firm it's almost hard to squeeze. It's not what you would expect from a stress reliever ball. I would not order again.

We ordered the lime green with white printing. The printing is extremely faded. Not very bold and you can tell when they started running out of ink.

I was surprised. Everything I have purchased from this company has been exceptional but... this was a little disappointing. The product was not what I thought it would be. Probably my fault for taking things for granted and not reading through the product description. I will keep ordering from this company because of my past experience though and I will recommend them to anyone that needs printed materials... just not stress reliever balls.

The stress reliever ball looked great! The service was great too. However, the writing rubbed off easily making the product useless for promotions.
