The writing on the pens were too thin for people to notice,all the pens we're not screwed back together so all the pens I handed out I had to screw them tight back together they were all loose,loose like falling apart.

These seem like nice pens. The logo we sent wasn't appropriate for this product but the art department still gave us two options using word formatting for our practice. Prompt shipping and worked with in our delivery deadline! Excellent!

Great pens - write well, nice big imprint area. So far we have been very pleased. I thought the grip area on the pen was soft (it is not) so would have liked that better, and the pen in my purse seems to untwist (but not come apart). Very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend!

Overall the pens look good. The online chat was helpful and the order came in time for our event, as promised. The only issue was that the logos printed on the pens had already partially flaked off on 10-15% of the pens when we received them.

Our 500 pens arrived loose in a brown box. The logo and coloring was all correct but most of the pens were falling apart. The silver clips did not come assembled and many of the pen tops where you click the pen had fallen off. A lot of work for a product that we expected to be ready to use.

We LOVED the look of these pens. The only thing that is not favorable about them is that the clip pops off easily when trying to clip it to a notebook or pocket. If it was more firmly attached to the pen it would be better.

The pen looks better in the photos. I ordered the silver barrel, and many of them have either black ink from the logo or scratch marks from the other pens. For the amount of money these cost, it's not that bad because at least the pens write. The other problem was they were not assembled completely, the first pen out of the box fell apart. We have to twist the bottom of each pen before distributing them. I can send photos if needed, but not something I would post on your site. Thank you Valerie

Do not like the pen. Hard to write with and grip. Would not recommend.
