This is a great quality product, especially for the price. The matte finish is really slick and I love that the colored ring is actually the color of the entire inside of the cup. I used mine all weekend at a con recently, no leaks, kept my coffee warm for a good hour or so. The only complaint I have is that the imprint didn't really stand up well to regular use. By the time I got home there were parts of our logo that were scratched off from the cup being placed in my computer bag.
