We love the letter openers and purchased them to send as gifts with Christmas cards from the church. They are functional and convenient. The product itself, however, is not always smooth around the edges there may be a sharp plastic ridge. Overall, we are quite pleased with the product and the service from this company.

High quality product items and good selection. Contacted customers of any foreseeable problems during printing, however end product had slight ink drip marks on most of them? Not sure about quality assurance team...
