The product was excellent and my employees were very happy with them. The only 2 deltas were that one of the boxes arrived at my doorstep and it was torn open. I has presumed that this happened while in transit via UPS. All of the coolers were accounted for (40 total), but on one of them the number had been scratched off. Honestly not a huge deal because I order 2 more than I needed. Outside of this, the coolers are perfect and I will continue to do business with this company! Andrea & KJ, y'all are awesome!
