Product arrived on time and Eric (rep) was very knowledgeable and helpful. I thought the art approval process would be done in a shorter window of time than what was experienced. I placed my order on a Friday afternoon and didn't approve the artwork until almost noon on Monday. Recipients (teachers) were very pleased with the tote bag.
