Great product! Exactly what I wanted as gifts. I used the inside business card holder to hold an elongated "book mark" on which I wrote special words to each recipient. Customer service was awesome and the Art Dept really came up big to alter my design so it had less detail and could be more readily debossed. Only complaint I have is the packaging of my order. Order arrived when I happened to be out and it was pouring rain. So the outer box was a complete mess and I had to stand dry many of the items inside and replaced a couple of the notepads. Simple, simple fix that should be automatic with paper-related products and would have prevented this problem- stick 'em in a plastic bag before sealing the box.

We ordered these pads for our 25th anniversary and they were a big hit with our members! The quality was great and we loved the debossing of our logo. I would highly recommend this product.

The product looks great. The only complaint I have is the stitches and finishing inside.
