I first ordered two samples to compare the color, quality and price of the two products. Once I had decided on the item, the ordering process was very simple. I was able to upload my artwork and request a small change. This company then quickly turned around a proof within 24 hrs. I received my order within 10 business days from my proof approval. I am very happy with my order and can not wait to give them to all of our volunteers!

Yes! The product was nice looking and exactly what I was hoping for as far as quality. The time from start to finish was great as well. However, there are several bags that have fallen apart because the seam didn't catch the fabric. But for the price they are nice. I do plan to call about the damaged bags.
