Great customer service, good negotiating on quantity and pricing. Product is high quality, although printing reliability could be better as many of the logos are slightly off center. All this will not prevent me from re-ordering, it is something your team should take note of when reviewing your printing abilities. For that reason, I rate 4 stars. Thanks
