I recently placed an order with this company.. Unfortunately, when delivered the design was different than what I had approved. I contacted Customer Service right away and they were great. Quick, responsive, and understanding. They shipped out the corrected batch just in time to meet my event date. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience.

The pens came just as the proofs showed! Everyone loved them and we will be using them for upcoming events. The pens write smoothly and are perfect for outreach and advertisement. The price was also very reasonable in comparison to other companies we quoted. Delivery was super fast, and the items were shipped in a sturdy box to avoid damage.

The product was fine--the FedEx shipping was a pain in the butt. If I had a choice, I would not use FedEx.
