We ordered these mugs for our staff and board for a recent event, under a fairly significant time crunch that required quick turnaround and shipment, which limited our choice of mugs. The laser engraving of our logo and message turned out beautifully in cobalt blue, everyone was extremely pleased with how they turned out. We will be very happy to give these to visitors/others as gifts in the coming months. Shipment of the sample in advance was also very helpful to see the high quality of the mug before placing our order. This company's customer service and graphics staff were excellent throughout the ordering process including the different revisions to graphics, ensuring the product would be shipped on time, etc. Overall - excellent quality product for the price, excellent customer service!
