The quality of the product and the imprint were good. There was a mix up with the imprint as we had ordered two colors and then pens had only a one color imprint when they arrived. This company ended up refunding us half of the price for the two color imprint.

The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that the writing on the pen was not printed straight across the pen....it was a little angled, but I thought it wasn't bad enough to complain about. Thank you very much

These pens turned out great. Our logo is printed clearly and they were shipped in a timely manner.
