These journals are so great! I was pleasantly surprised by how high of quality the journals are - and when they arrived with our design on them, the print job was just fantastic. They looked better than I could have imagined and they were so cost effective. The staff was also so great to work with - they helped rush my order to get it to us on time. Loved this product and company!

I recently ordered (x250) "Product Info: 5 x 7 Journal Notebook | 6962-HIT" and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I work for a high-end design firm and showroom and needed to create a custom notebook as a gift to give our guests for our grand opening event. I worked with KJ Richardson and couldn't be happier with the customer service. I was able to ask a lot of questions, get samples, receive quality- plain English- advice on custom graphic requirements and KJ made the entire process quick, painless and fun. KJ went out of his way to assist me on helping with my rush order and I was confident I could trust his judgement and product/factory knowledge to deliver the right aesthetic. I received my product very quickly and I was thrilled with the result. Great product and really exceeded my expectations. Our budget was quite limited so we weren't expecting anything fancy but the notebook was bigger than we anticipated with great material and really something to be proud of. We selected this journal after some help from the Art and Design department. They were a gift for submitters and reviewers to our college's literary and arts journal, and there were some special requests that needed to be factored in. The customer support people were fantastic, very patient and helpful for someone ordering for the first time. We received the quote next day and placed the order soon after. The order arrived a week before our "need by" date and the end product looks wonderful. Great job all around! Will definitely consider ordering again in the future.

We love these journals. They are inexpensive and high quality - a nice medium between an expensive leather bound journal and a plastic covered notepad. I'd definitely recommend this product.

Great product, great service! We needed a very large quantity of these journals as gifts for some seminars, and the reps were always responsive and very helpful. Plus, our order always arrived on time and undamaged. Product looks more expensive than it is, and recipients were excited about their gifts.

The journals are purchased for women who are currently incarcerated in hopes that the use of the journal will offer insight and clarity as they rehabilitate. The journals are simple, well-constructed and fulfill this need beautifully. When notified that there were only six left, I quickly placed an order. This was an easy process and I received them in 4 days. I experienced exceptional service and follow-up.

The journals you did for us came out even better than we had imagined. We got many compliments from the people in our congregation. The journals are a very nice quality and the perfect size for note taking. They are small enough to fit inside a Bible cover, yet large enough to take comprehensive notes on the sermons. Your live chats were also very helpful. The person I spoke to was able to answer all my questions. I found your company very easy to work with and your response time was amazing. The product is nice and decent quality, but the debossed logo portion was jagged, which made the journal look unprofessional.

The product met and even slightly exceeded my expectations. While I had asked for a sample of a similar product, it came without a screen-printed logo which was what caused the most concern since screen-printing can sometimes look cheap. Fortunately the screen printing is quite nice and looks good against the vinyl material. Only other issue is that hand oils/sweat can make unattractive marks on the books. Overall very happy though with how they turned out.

This notebook with our custom logo turned out great. The logo on some of the notebooks didn't turn out super crisp, but if you don't compare side by side with a perfect one, you wouldn't know.

Nice looking journal at a nice price! It definitely seems more expensive than it is. The black gets fingerprints on it, but the other colors don't. The cover has a nice smooth feel, and the printing looks fabulous.

The notebooks are soft and a good size to carry around. A few of them came scuffed which means that will be easy to do later on. Ideally the pages would be college-ruled instead of wide. Otherwise, good product.

The notebook itself is great, the debossing is less than great. The imprint is shallow and uneven (the top is deeper than the bottom) and the edges of the imprint were not smooth. The company was great in working with us to correct the issue, but overall I'm less than thrilled with the product itself.

This review is nothing against this company. The company was great to work with and the service was fantastic. This product, however, is just sub-par. It gets the job done as a notebook, but it is definitely cheap (though this company printing and customization were great!). I think in today's world of higher-end giveaways, this falls a little short.

We purchased this product for a client that had a strict budget. The journal was what we expected at the lower price point (no frills, standard quality). We ordered white journals with a logo print. While the print work was exceptional, over half of the journals we ordered had some kind of dark marks, smudges, or spots on the covers. We guess this was a result of the machinery used during the printing process. We were able to remove most of the markings with a disinfectant wipe, but disappointed that we had to individually inspect 250 journals. We will give this company kudos for quoting us a delivery time that was spot on. Customer service is amazing as they guided our order process and helped us meet our client deadline. We will do repeat business with this company based on this customer service experience alone.

Extremely cheap! The paper is super thin (a pen pokes holes through it) and the debossing looks terrible.
