My Company purchased these hats for an event. Communication with a representative was very seemless. I received all the help I needed regarding placing the order. They order arrived ahead of schedule which was a plus. Once the hats arrived and were inspected we saw a lot of flaws in the workmanship of the hats. There were a lot of extra thread coming from he embroidery work that I assume would have been cleaned before shipping. We ended up returning the hats without hassle. I would recommend the company but buyer be aware of price and quality before purchase.
