My product didn't turn out the way I hoped. The online designer tool was deceiving when showing my proof because at first it showed my logo in full color but after I had approved and paid they came back & said my logo had to be just one color. I ended up paying an upcharge to have two colors but the proof I approved looked totally different than what I got. I love the pens I bought but they really aren't designed for advertising because you can't fit any writing or a logo on them.
