This is a solid, full size mug. I like the size and two-tone color choices. Not dainty, perfect for building industry we're in. The actual quality of the mug was less than perfect, but it is a lower cost mug so I took that into account. Smudges UNDER the glazing on a few, bumpy ceramic on a couple, and not perfect/consistent/straight lines between the two-tone on several. Uploaded pic with all three, but not a very bad smudge. White not very bright, slightly ivory. Not sure if UPS or this company, but shipment sat in Florida for 5 days from ship date before moving on (as noted with the tracking) This caused it to arrive after Christmas, but not the end of the world. Rather well packed though. NO breakage observed. Wish multicolored printing and two sided was available. Would probably buy again for the price.
