We ordered these for a staff appreciation event, filled them with goodies. The plastic was a little lighter weight than I expected, but every loved them, they're good quality and the one color imprint came out great. On top of that, the customer service we received was EXCELLENT. We ordered these with 1 week turnaround, the free rush production was our savior, and no quality was sacrificed. We ordered blue with white imprinted, looked great.

The product itself is good - it's light weight, but feels durable enough for the price. And, our white logo on the blue tumbler looks great. Unfortunately, parts of the logo started coming off in the first use. Very disappointed that the graphic comes off so easily.

Good priced tumbler! Would be nice if the logo could have been a little bigger. Other than that, the quality is OK, but good for the price for a free gift for our customers! Thank you for working with us!
