I LOVE my tumblers! Needed several hundred on short notice, and this company was amazing. I designed our tumblers myself, and the process was easy as could be. After I placed my rush order I received a phone call to make sure that everything was how I wanted it, and to make sure that I was clear on the processes and details involved in my order. They arrived a little sooner than expected, which was great, and the quality is outstanding. Part of my company logo is very tiny, and they recommended a better look, which turned out perfectly. Will definitely be using this company as my go-to print company!!

Overall for the price this is a really good cup. The caps don't leak and they're pretty sturdy. The dark red was the perfect color for our school's colors. The design looked just like it did online.

Our coffee mugs were AWESOME! The price was AWESOME!! The service was AWESOME!!! All in all it was a AWESOME experience. Thanks so much for providing such an AWESOME product at such an AWESOME price point!!! On a seriour note the whole experience was AWESOME!!!! :-)

The mugs were good quality, and very closely matched the color I saw online. Production was fast and accurate, and the image color was vibrant as well. I am very happy with my order overall.

The mug itself is nice and the logo looks great on it, I just wish the logo was bigger, there is a lot of space on that mug and my logo is about half the size I expected it to be.

Mug itself is great. Font style is great. Process was excellent. However, size of type on mug could be larger. Did not notice on proof until product arrived.

The cups look fantastic from the outside. Be aware that the inside material used is plastic, not steel. It would've been nice to have multicolor printing for our logo but the increased cost did not work in our budget. Overall, we are very satisfied with the product and so were the people the we gave them to.

I loved the product, everything was perfect except the printed wording on the mugs. Some of them arrived with scratches and parts of the words missing. I was told that some of the finer details of a small crest that was printed on the mug might not show up, and that actually came out much better than expected, but the words around the picture looked worn. One is missing half of the first letter, the U in my University is missing it's top half. Other than that I am thrilled with the product thus far (they haven't been used yet, so time will tell), and the artistic team really worked with me to figure out how to best make the design for the mug that I wanted. If I could give half stars this experience would be 4.5 stars, but the text issues and some delay in response issues from one of the people I was talking with about the order (had to wait over 24 hours at times for a response and then on the last email when I asked for an update I got no response and because of this back and forth I had to rush ship the product to get it in time) made it lose the star.

Product was great...only downside is the lids must be all the way tightened or the lid will fall off.

I love this tumbler. The color was even more vibrant than I was expecting. The only thing that stopped this from getting 5 stars is I thought the wording would take up more space and stand out more. We have used this for hot drinks so far. Keeps them hot and doesn't leak. I would definitely recommend.

This was a real gem- my guests were excited and everyone was asking about it- I recommend this company to them and I am sure they will use this company if they need something done
