This was the BEST experience I have ever had with a company!!! Very easy to talk to and deal with. The "Live Chat" feature on their website made me confident in the ordering and customizing process. Their printed version of my logo on the beach balls was phenomenal! It matched the pdf version EXACTLY! Everything looks fantastic and could not have asked for anything better. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will be using ONLY this company for every promotional item I ever need. They run their business like business's are supposed to be ran. We ordered beachballs with my library's logo on them to give out as summer reading prizes. The balls themselves are of at least a good quality and our logo is printed well. However, during the proofing process, the images I kept seeing of our product was of a multicolored beach ball. So imagine my surprise and slight dismay when I received 500 clear balls. I checked my order and I had, in fact, selected clear. But it would have been nice to have the actual product reflected in the proofing stage I would have caught my error instead of relying on the image.
