I needed to order new mugs for the office and wanted to get ones with out logo to promote company spirit and also to give out as gifts to customers who came in to visit. These mugs were affordable but still look really slick and feel sturdy. We've already run them though the dishwasher several times and that hasn't changed the look of our logo at all -really amazing quality for the money. But the best part of this company is the customer service. The person who helped me create my order via chat and the rep who helped me via email with my invoice were both great - knowledgeable, personable and actually seemed happy to help. Great experience, we'll be ordering again!

These were PERFECT! Exactly what I imagined in my head and all but one mug made it to me without any breakage. The quality was wonderful. Looking forward to having more of my designs printed. :)

Mugs were exactly as described, art work proof was just what we were looking for. When we had question customer service we as very nice, professional and helpful. It ship and arrived as promised. I will not hesitate to order from this company in the future.

I am thankful for the good job on the mugs. We haven't yet opened all the boxes, but we did find one cup broken so far. Otherwise we are very happy with the results.

I spent a bit of time online trying to find a vendor that I could safely and confidently order mugs from for our family reunion, after reading some horror reviews about other companies, I found this company. So very happy I did! Placing the order was super easy and they shipped them right away. They arrived within one week! I opened and inspected all the boxes and not one error, or broken mug! So glad I found this company. I will certainly use them again in the future! The mugs will be a hit at the reunion! This company is a great company that provided awesome service!

I was a little nervous about submitting my design and it turning out the way I wanted, but it looks absolutely perfect. My fiance and I are giving away these as wedding favors and I couldn't be happier with them. I designed the copy on the mug and sent it off to the creative folks at this company and they made it look exactly how I had intended. The mugs are high quality and aren't chipped or anything and the text printed clear and legible. Shipping was very fast! I'm very impressed and I highly recommend!

We ordered this product after an issue with another mug from Deluxe. Though standard, it came exactly as pictured with colors that matched what we were looking for, and the print was also as expected. Did not stand up well to the dishwasher, however, for what that's worth.

The mug itself is in great condition, however the printing came out askew from the proof and there were some that came out spotty, as a public company we won't be using them again, however for just a mug I would recommend it.
