We continue to be extremely pleased with mugs. We use them as gifts for our first time visitors and they are a real hit. The quality is excellent and, as always, the folks at this company are so great to work with. Their customer service can't be beat.

We ordered about 200 mugs for our company. The color was nice, the two-tone was really cool. They went like hot cakes and we received many compliments on them. Unfortunately, some of them came scratched or chipped, one was severely cracked. In daily use they are easy to scratch because of the matte coating. In all about 5 or 6 were damaged. I can't say that was this company's fault because the boxes were handled several times by us after we received them. We will probably order from this company again, but we may try a different mug.
