How do I place an order?

You can choose any of these easy ways to order!

  1. Online: Use the online catalogue to place your order.
  2. By Phone: 1-866-749-6327, Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. EST.
  3. By FAX: 1-800-461-3325, 24 hours a day, every day. Complete both sides of your order form, photocopy both sides and send in one transmission. Additional requirements are necessary to imprint your company logo.
  4. By Mail: Complete the order form enclosed in your catalogue and return to 330 Cranston Crescent, Midland, ON, L4R 4V9.
  5. Visit us at Deluxe, 330 Cranston Crescent, Midland, ON, L4R 4V9.

How do I pay for my order?

You can choose from these payment options!

Credit: Instant credit of $1,000 - Net 30 days to pay.

Cheque: We will gladly accept a cheque or money order to pay for your order. Simply enclose your cheque or money order with your order when you mail it to us.

Credit Card: We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Your card is charged when your order ships, which is usually within 5 business days. Some orders, like clothing, may take longer.

All online credit card orders are secure. For more information about what we do to protect your transaction, read our privacy and security policies.

Prepay: Prepayment in full will rush your order through our Credit department and establishes credit for future orders.

How long does it take to get my order?

You'll get what you need fast!

All stock (unimprinted) items are shipped in just 24 hours. Most standard imprinted products are shipped within 3-5 working days. Please allow time for Canada Post Expedited Ground delivery.

Need it faster? At your request, we'll ship any Deluxe product via Canada Post Xpressport (2nd Day Air) or Priority Courier (Next Day Air). Please allow time to process your order. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

Can you print my company logo?

Absolutely!

If you would like to have your company logo printed on your product, please follow these steps...

Step 1. E-mail artwork to artwork@deluxe.ca

Note: Before sending file via e-mail, please include in subject area: ORDER# and PHONE#

Step 2. Fax a hard copy of your artwork to be matched up with the e-mailed file:

FORMATS

The process Deluxe uses to create its products requires that all artwork be created as line art in a Vector based graphic program. The following information of the acceptable and unacceptable file formats describes what is required in order to accept your artwork via e-mail or on disk.

Acceptable File Formats: Adobe Illustrator Format (version 7 or less), Corel Draw (version 8 or less)

Note: All type must be converted to curves.

Unacceptable File Formats: No Bitmapped Images - This includes BMP, TIFF, GIF, JPEG, and PCX. Do NOT save these types of files as Corel Draw or Illustrator files as they remain Bitmapped images. No Word Processing Files (Doc, WPD). These types of files cannot be converted to line art.

Please ensure all artwork to be sent is line art created in the above acceptable file formats. If unable to do so, please mail in a high-quality printed sample of your artwork so we can reproduce it.

Fonts: We cannot guarantee an exact font match for any special fonts you might have used. If we are unable to duplicate your font exactly, we will substitute with a similar typeface.

Are all Deluxe products available online?

Yes! You can order all our products on our Web site.

As you browse the site, you may find that some products do not display an image, but do list prices and quantities.

If you want to see this product, you can request a free sample or a paper catalogue online.

Do I have to login to order online?

No! Simply use our online catalogue from our Home Page, select the product(s) you are interested in, go through the imprint specifications, "Add to Cart" then Checkout! However, if you have ordered from us before we can make the Checkout process quicker and easier. Simply login and let our site complete some of this information for you from the data we have on file! It's your choice.
